Masa Bakehouse: Your La Union Escape Starts Here
Bread is my go-to comfort food! When feeling down, I want to munch on warm, delicious bread. Masa Bakehouse is my favorite place to get my bread fix.
I’m blessed to live quite close to my favorite Masa Bakehouse. It’s the best spot to stop when craving delicious bread and refreshing drinks. The smell of freshly baked goodies always welcomes me, and it’s hard to resist treating myself to warm bread with a nice cup of coffee. It’s a cozy place that makes every visit feel special.
We typically visit Masa Bakehouse in La Union because it is pet-friendly. I’m not sure about their other branches, though. We enjoy sitting both indoors and outdoors with our pets. Occasionally, we have to stay indoors when the alfresco area is full, which is perfectly okay as long as the pets are wearing diapers and don’t disturb other customers.
Recently, we ordered the Full Taglish and Epol Tower from the menu. The Full Taglish comprises bacon, baked beans, brioche, homemade sausage, mushrooms, a sunny-side-up egg, and tomato. It is a hearty and flavorful sandwich that is bursting with flavor.
On the other hand, the Epol Tower features a croissant base topped with epol (apple), walnuts, and a cinnamon sugar glaze. There is an option to add ice cream or whipped cream on top, and we selected the ice cream for our order. The Epol Tower is a delightful dessert to finish your meal, or you can enjoy it alone.
