Nueva Ecija Through My Eyes

Traveling is one of my favorite hobbies, especially when I have the means to do so. I relish the opportunity to explore new places.

A few months ago, I decided to visit my father’s hometown, Gabaldon, in Nueva Ecija. Since we were keen to explore some popular restaurants in the region, we opted to stay in Cabanatuan City first. For lunch, we headed to Hapag Vicenticos in Cabanatuan City, where we savored authentic Filipino cuisine.

We arrived before lunchtime, and the restaurant was bustling with activity. We ordered kare-kare lechon kawali and grilled tuna panga. The food was delectable, and the cozy and welcoming ambiance of the restaurant added to our overall experience.

For our merienda, we visited Eduardo’s Cafe. We ordered pasta and a club sandwich. Both dishes were satisfying and filling, so we decided to skip dinner.

NE Bakeshop

The next day, we visited NE Bakeshop. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Good thing, we found a NE Bakeshop branch that sells meals, as the ones we saw the other day were limited to breads, cakes, and pastries. We headed to Gabaldon in the afternoon.

NE Bakeshop is a popular destination for bread, cake, and pastry lovers, catering to both everyday needs and special occasions.

Scenic views in Gabaldon

I never thought Gabaldon, my father’s hometown, was so beautiful. The scenic views are breathtaking! Gabaldon is one of the best places to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. I’ll definitely return to explore other places in Gabaldon and more towns in Nueva Ecija.
